i dont know what happened to ripway. seems like my account was deleted by surprise, so the above picture cant show. it doesnt look very bad with the incomplete layout right. i'll get it fixed when i have the time.

im getting fat. after months of slacking and indulging on good food at home, i get a spare tire and additional fats all over my body. eeeww...
going back to school soon, so its time to lose some weight.
i bought 2 tubs of atkins meal replacement milkshake from GNC this evening. hope a serving of it is able to keep me full for hours and lose weight.
