i will never see recruit agencies the same way again.

i got the ayam brand job through Recruit Express. upon taking up the job, i signed the contract thinking that i only have to work for 4 weekdays and a weekend per week. and i will receive my basic per hour pay plus commission plus some other misc allowances. but it was different when i started working.

its ok, we will stick to the job since we signed the contract. but there was more to come.

i was informed that we will receive double pay when we work on public holidays. OT hours will be calculated if we completed more than 44 hours for the week and it will be 1.5 times on weekdays and twice on sundays. but when i received my pay slip last week, i dont get any double pay for public holidays and OT hours were calculated wrongly. what the hell..

called up the agency, the consultant told us that our marketing director was unhappy with our performance therefore there wasn't any double pay or whatsoever. but it turned out to be a different thing when we approached ayam brand.

that consultant is such a bitch.

we will get back what we deserve no matter what.

it hurts to be the victim of someone who was poor anger management.
