"its halloween!!"
"er...yay! so?"

i dont exactly remember when is the exact date for that occassion. i think most people in singapore dont take note either. i knew it cos some JCRC peeps announced it online.

"halloween celebration 5 oct, 8pm at hall 12 function hall! dress up in your fancifulliest gear!"

err..sorry for being a spoil sport here, but i doubt hall 12 residents would be that enthusiastic to celebrate it right. everyone would just go down in their hall attire and perhaps 'trick or treat' here and there, decorate the hall with a few pumpkins and whatever to give it a spooky feeling and that's it.

i doubt this will be a success. it will still be the same crowd around for such events.
the last event, the hall 12 opening ceremony was a failure. its the grand opening ya know, with the lion dance around to make some noise, the JCRC investiture, but with a number of 20 people who attended it.
