i need to stop snacking! seems like a gained some weight (but not alot) by eating so much a day. its winter, metabolism increases and that makes me hungry just 2-3 hours after having a meal. eating is making me broke, soon its making me fat.

it was shopping day yesterday at 上海科技管 and 七浦路. these are one of the few places where they sell lots and lots of cheap bags, shoes, clothes etc etc...

we were out from 10am to 9pm. it was a very tiring day...and i spent alot in yuans. its no more shopping at these places for me for the next few months. im getting sian of 七浦 already. we went there 3 times in 2 weeks and that's more than enough.

the 1st stop, 上海科技管:
that's a beautiful steel structure at the back. the beautiful building there is not the shopping area. shopping is beside the science centre. there are lots of shops selling fake branded goods including tiffany jewellery! the quality is not bad too.

七浦's next:
the guys found imitations of The North Face winter jackets. each for only 200rmb and it looks and feels like the real one.

gonna shop again at the supermarket later tonight. shall blog again bout the rest of the europe trip if i have time.
